  • Add half of the tamarind water to the saucepan and continue cooking the broth for 5 minutes.


  • Once the sauce has been reduced, add water, kaffir lime leaves, laksa leaves, and torch ginger.


  • Adjust the flavours to ensure the broth is spicy, sour, salty, and flavorful.


  • Bring the broth to a boil, then add the fish and vegetables.


  • Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 15 minutes to cook the fish and vegetables.
